摘要 目的 探讨甲状腺肿瘤细胞印片DNA图象分析结果的临床意义。方法 对 5 4例甲状腺肿瘤细胞印片进行DNA图象分析。结果 甲状腺良恶性肿瘤倍体类型差异显著 ;倍体类型及异倍体的含量与其预后相关。结论 甲状腺肿瘤细胞印片的DNA图象分析可为判断肿瘤的生物学特性提供重要信息。 Objective To discuss the clinical significance of quantitative DNA in imprint smear of thyroid neoplasm by image analysis. Methods 54 patients with thyroid neoplasm were studied using image cytometery( ICM ). Results The difference of DNA ploidy types between benign and malignant tumor cells was significant. The DNA ploidy types and aneuploid was associated with prognosis. Conclusion The quantitative DNA in imprint swear by image analysis can provide important information for judgment of biological behavior of thyroid neoplasm.
