摘要
电子浆料是用于制造电子元件的基础材料,随着电子信息产业的迅速发展,电子浆料的性能需要进一步的提高,电子浆料的性能主要由电子浆料导电相的形貌和粒径决定。文章结合近年来电子浆料及控制领域的研究状况,介绍了电子浆料导电相最常用的制备方法及制备过程中影响电子浆料导电相形貌和粒径的因素,阐述了电子浆料导电相制备装置国内外发展现状,着重阐述了基于液相化学还原法的电子浆料导电相可控制备装置及其控制方式。
Electronic paste is the basic material used in the manufacture of electronic components.With the rapid development of the electronic information industry,the performance of electronic paste needs to be further improved.The performance of electronic paste mainly depends on the morphology and particle size of the conductive phase of the electronic paste.Based on the research status of electronic slurry and control in recent years,this paper introduces the most common preparation methods of electronic paste conductive phase and the factors affecting the morphology and particle size of the conductive phase of electronic paste.The development status of the electronic slurry conductive phase preparation device at home and abroad is expounded,and the electronic slurry conductive phase controllable preparation device based on liquid phase chemical reduction method and its control method are emphasized.
