摘要 电镀金刚石丝锯是将高硬度、耐磨的金刚石磨粒分段牢固地电镀在钢丝上而制成的一种新型工具,可对玻璃、玛瑙、岩石,陶瓷等硬脆材料进行曲线切割加工,结构简单,切缝小,锯齿与锯基结合力强,自锐性好,成本低,使用方便,应用广泛.该锯解决了圆盘锯、带锯等不能加工硬脆材料内异形透孔和外曲线成型表面的难题,为硬脆材料的开发和应用提供了新的技术手段。 Electroptating diamond wiresaw is a new tool,on which the high hardness and high wearbility diamond abrasive is electroplated firmly by stages. The wiresaw can be used to cut the stiff and brittle materials such as glass, agate,rock arid ceramic into curving figures.The wiresaw is of simple construction,has narrow saw cut,strong binding force of the saw teeth to the saw base,excellent self-sharpening,low cost,is easy to operate and of wide use. The wiresaw resolves the difficulties that the rounded saw and gig saw can not be used to process stiff and brittle materials into the inside special figure hole and the outside curve surface,and provides new tehnological possibilities for developing the stiff and brittle materials.
