摘要
目的 对 1985— 2 0 0 0年湖北省卫生资源进行综合实力评价。方法 采用FDSL法、RSR法及TOP SIS法。结果 湖北省卫生资源综合实力最佳年度为 1988年 ,且 1985— 1988年呈上升趋势 ,之后呈下降趋势 :三种方法中以TOPSIS法为佳。
Objective To evaluate the comprehensive strength of Hubei′s health resources from l985 to 2000. Methods To use the methods of FDSL,RSR and TOPSIS. Results The best year of comprehensive strength in Hubei′s health resources is 1988, before that there is trend to increase and after that there is trend to decrease. TOPSIS is relatively good among the three evaluation methods. Conclusion The comprehensive strength evaluation of health resources should include not only quantity but also quality.
