摘要
随着工业化和城市化进程的加快,我国农户分化也进入了新的阶段。兼业农户和规模经营户作为粮食生产的两类农业经营主体,在面对自然风险和市场风险时,如何通过合作来减少交易费用、降低风险,值得深入研究。来自台湾省的经验表明,不同类型的农户通过合作建立不同的合作组织,才能满足生产经营要求。从对我国不同类型粮农组建的合作社进行典型案例分析来看,粮农在技术变革和制度创新的推动下也采用了不同的合作形式。未来政府需要通过普惠性政策支持农民合作朝多元化的方向发展,以保证不同类型的种粮户通过组建合作社获得更高的收益,从而促进粮食生产。
With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the differentiation of farmers in China has entered a new stage. In the face of natural risks and market risks, how to reduce transaction costs and reduce risks through cooperation is worthy of further study. Experience from Taiwan Province shows that different types of farmers through cooperation to establish a different cooperative organization in order to meet the production and management requirements. In view of the typical case analysis of cooperatives formed by different types of grain and agriculture in China, the farmers have adopted different forms of cooperation under the impetus of technological change and system innovation. The future government needs to support farmers ’ cooperation in a diversified direction through Pratt & Whitney policy to ensure that different types of grain growers gain higher yields through the formation of cooperatives to promote food production.
