黑龙江大豆和美国大豆在山东储藏期间品质变化研究 被引量:3

QUALITY CHANGES OF HEILONGJIANG SOYBEAN AND AMERICAN SOYBEAN DURING STORAGE IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

摘要 针对本地气候条件和仓房条件与大豆主产区的不同,为确保大豆安全储藏,对山东地区储备的黑龙江大豆和美国大豆进行跟踪检测,观察山东地区常规储藏下国产黑龙江大豆和进口美国大豆储存期间品质变化,为山东地区大豆的安全储藏提供指导和帮助。研究结果为:储存期间,黑龙江大豆和美国大豆粗蛋白含量和粗脂肪含量变化均不明显。蛋白质溶解比率下降较多,黑龙江大豆下降幅度大于美国大豆。酸值上升较明显,黑龙江大豆上升幅度大于美国大豆。 Because of the climate and warehouse have many differences between local and producing areas,there is a gap in storage management.In addition,some China sinograin’s entrust sites in order to obtain more national food subsidies in the delivery process of grain such as soybean,it leads to grain storage oversteps its rotation cycle and caused a serious threat to the safe storage of grain such as soybean.This paper is based on the above situation,observe the whole process of grain storage.This paper provides a foundation data and help for the overdue storage of policy grain.The research results are as follows:During storage in Shandong,crude protein content and crude fat content decreased slightly during storage in Heilongjiang soybeans and US soybeans,and the changes were not obvious.The protein dissolution rate decreased more,and the Heilongjiang soybeans decreased more than the US soybeans.The increase in acid value is more obvious,and the increase in soybeans in Heilongjiang is greater than that in US soybeans.
