本文介绍一种高效脉冲激光电源控制器,它包括IGBT主开关、缓冲吸收电路、驱动电路和主控电路等,它可控制的激光电源最大容量可达90kVA。
This paper introduces a kind of high efficiency pulse laser power Supply controller which consists chiefty of IGBT main switch , buffer absorbing circuits ,driver and master control circuits, and it can control laser power supply whose max capacity up to 90KVA.
