摘要
针对HXD3型电力机车辅助风机多次发生振动、异音、接地等各类故障,通过对风机解体并从牵引通风系统的设计原理、制造过程、使用环境等方面进行分析,找出了产生故障的原因,提出了解决措施及建议。
Aiming at the faults of vibration,sound, grounding etc. occurred repeatedly in HXD3 electric locomotive auxiliary fan, the paper finds out the failure cause by disassembling fan and analyzing the cause from design principles, manufacturing process and application environment of traction ventilation system, and proposes measures and suggestion.
