摘要
档案室作为高校行政管理、教学管理、学生管理和为教学服务、科研服务、师生服务重要职能部门,必须立足全球视野、时代高度,一方面,必须加强从事工作人员的理论武装、提高素质、盘活馆藏等基础建设;增加投入;另一方面,更应着力做好信息搜集、安全保密、情报检索与网络建设等创新性、开拓性工作。
The archive office is one of the important administration departments in college, which serves for students and teachers. The archive managers must improve their theoretical knowledge and practical work, meanwhile the information collecting, security, information searching and net constructing are all important work for them.
