摘要
肺癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势,因肺癌的病因及发病机制复杂,对其治疗与预后的效果仍需深入探讨。中药复方治疗肺癌,是以中医基础理论为依据,发挥多靶点、多环节的综合干预作用。故以中医理论为指导思想,以A549细胞株为实验研究平台,探索中药复方对肺癌的药理机制研究,已成为目前研究的热点。查阅2012年至今相关中药复方作用于人肺腺癌A549细胞的文献,对其进行梳理,并做出概括及评价,在诱导A549细胞凋亡,抑制A549细胞增殖,干预A549细胞的局部蔓延、转移及逆转A549细胞多药耐药方面进行综述。为中药复方更系统化治疗肺癌提供参考。
Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies and its incidence rate and mortality rate are on the rise.Since the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer are complex,the effects of its treatment and prognosis need to be further explored.In the treatment of lung cancer,traditional Chinese medicine compound formula is based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and it exerts a multi-target,multi-level comprehensive intervention.Therefore,taking TCM theory as the guiding ideology and using A549 cell line as an experimental research platform to explore the pharmacological mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound formula for lung cancer has become a hot spot in current research.This article reviewed the literature on the role of Chinese herbal complexes in human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells from 2012 to the present,combing and making a summary and evaluation.In the induction of A549 cell apoptosis,inhibition of A549 cells proliferation,intervention in the local spread of A549 cells,the metastatic and reversal of multidrug resistance in A549 cells were reviewed and thus providing a reference for a more systematic treatment of lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine compound formula.
