摘要
简述支气管哮喘的病因、流行病学现状及中西医治疗支气管哮喘的不同方法。分析温润辛金培本治疗原则的理论基础,介绍温润辛金培本系列疗法的分类、功效和运用范围。结合导师长期临床治疗支气管哮喘经验,认为运用温润辛金培本系列疗法,从肺脾肾论治支气管哮喘,常可获得较好的临床疗效。并附两则医案加以说明。
The etiology of bronchial asthma,the current epidemiological situation and the different methods of treating bronchial asthma by Chinese and western medicine were summarized.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the treatment principle of Wenrun Xinjin Peiben and introduces the classification,efficacy and application scope of the therapy.In combination with the experience of long-term clinical treatment of bronchial asthma,it is believed that the treatment of bronchial asthma from lung spleen kidney by applying this series of treatments of Wenrun Xinjin Peiben can obtain good clinical efficacy.Two medical cases are attached.
