摘要
目的:探讨中医治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的用药规律。方法:以CBM及CNKI中公开发表的相关临床研究为数据来源,收集中医治疗特发性肺间质纤维化方药信息,建立用药数据库,以SPSS Statistic 17. 0与SPSS Modeler 14. 1为数据挖掘工具,对高频药物进行因子分析与关联规则分析。结果:共检索到肺纤维化方剂98首,总计使用药物126种,使用频率> 10%的药物共有32种。以主成分分析法提取出12个公因子,以Apriori算法得出14条药对关联规则。结论:中医治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的组方上主要以养阴药、补气药及活血药相互配伍,较少出现单一功效的药物组合,同时配合以通络、止咳、化痰、清肺等治法。
Objective:To investigate the medication rule by traditional Chinese medicine for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods:Based on the publication about clinical research of IPF in CBM and CNKI,we collected the information of medication and based database and then carried out factor analysis and association rules by SPSS Statistic 17.0 and SPSS Modeler 14.1.Results:Ninety-eight prescriptions about IPF were retrieved and consisted of 126 kinds of herbs.The number of frequency more than 10%was 32.Then 12 common factors were extracted by principal composition analysis method and 14 couplet medicines were digged out by Apriori algorithm.Conclusion:The prescription regularity of TCM for IPF mainly contains the herbs of nourishing Yin,tonifying Qi and activating blood,scarcely existing drugs for exclusive use,and combined with methods of dredging collaterals,relieving cough,reducing phlegm and clearing lung.
