摘要
笔者在南昌联合宠物医院实习时,接诊一难产病例,病犬出现深度昏迷。在对其进行问诊、触诊血气以及血常规检查后,诊断该犬在生产时出现难产并致其昏迷,还出现严重的离子失调和酸碱失衡的情况。该犬通过合理手术治疗和悉心的术后护理后,预后良好出院。
During the internship at the Nanchang United Pet Hospital,the author received a dystocia case and the patient developed a deep coma.After consulting the patient,palpating blood gas and routine blood tests,the dog was diagnosed with dystocia and coma during production,and severe ion imbalance and acid-base imbalance occurred.The dog was discharged from the hospital with good prognosis after reasonable surgical treatment and careful postoperative care.
