摘要
随着公民对公共服务重视程度的不断加强,政府的转移支付作为公共服务均衡化发展的重要手段,也备受关注。通过以成本效益分析作为手段,着重分析了政府转移支付过程中需要考虑的效益和成本因素,并且针对我国现行政府转移支付的进一步完善提出了几点建议。
As public service has been continuously paid more attention to by more people,and the government transfer payment,as an important measure of the equalization development of public service,has attracted a lot.This paper analysizes the factors of benefit and cost in need of being considered in the process of government transfer payment.It also puts forward some suggestions based on the improvement of China's current government transfer payment.
