摘要
目前,国内天然气管网建设正在飞速发展,多气源、多用户、多分支的管道正在成为主流,管道运营公司经常面对接收不同组分和热值的气源进入到同一管道中的情况,为此需要对各个气源和混合气的气质进行在线监测。采用气相色谱仪是气质监测的主要手段,通过对于不同组分的气体在管道内混合距离的模拟计算,可以指导气相色谱仪的安装位置,避免出现计量失误。
With the rapid development of natural gas pipeline network construction, multi-source, multi-user and multi-branch pipelines are becoming the mainstream, pipeline operators often face the situation of receiving the gas with different components and calorific value into the same pipeline, so the pipeline operators should monitor the gas components and the calorific value of the gas resources and the mixture gas. Gas chromatography is the main method of component monitoring, by simulating and calculating the mixing distance of gases with different components in pipeline, the suitable installation position of gas chromatograph can be determined and metering errors can be avoided.
