摘要
本文分析他举电路的工作原理,给出该电路的n沟硅栅工艺设计方案,实验结果证明,该电路在驱动能力、工作速度等方面都是极好的。因此,可做为LSI和VLSI中的驱动电路。
This paper analyzes operational principle of separated bootstrap and gives the circuit design program for n channel silicon gate technology; the experimental results demonstrate that the circuit is excellent inthe aspects of the driving ability and operational speed etc. Therefore, it may be used as a drivring circuit in LSI and VLSI.
