生活小区垃圾桶除臭装置设计与试验

摘要 夏季高温高湿天气时,城市生活小区垃圾桶内的垃圾发酵会产生恶臭,对居民生活造成了极大的困扰。基于对垃圾发酵所产生臭气的成分和浓度的检测分析,设计制作了一种双电源驱动的除臭装置,并对其进行试验测定。微型太阳能发电系统能够维持除臭装置正常运行4~6 h,太阳能供电不足时,装置可自动切换至市政供电;植物液浓度对四种恶臭气体的去除率具有显著影响,稀释比例为1:30时去除率较高,且经济性最佳;除臭后的污气排放浓度可达到国家恶臭排放二级标准。 High temperature and high humidity in summer weather,urban living community trash in the garbage can produce the stench,fermentation caused great trouble for residents. Based on the test analysis of garbage fermentation gas composition and concentration,designs a kind of double power driven deodorization device,and carries on the test. Mini solar power generation system is able to maintain the normal operation of deodorization device 4 to 6 hours,solar power is insufficient,device can automatically switch to the municipal power supply;plant liquid concentration on the removal rate of four kinds of odorous gases has significant influence,dilution ratio for 1:30 removal rate is higher,and economical best;deodorization stench of sewage gas emission concentration can meet the national secondary standard.
