摘要
提出的冷凝和废碱水相结合的脱硫、除尘方法 ,既能提高脱硫、除尘效率 ,降低运行费用 ,又能回收一部分热能 ,是解决中小型燃煤锅炉脱硫除尘问题的一种行之有效的经济方法。中小型燃煤锅炉的脱硫、除尘以及节能与整个系统的工艺运行参数和结构参数有关。该文就脱硫装置的工艺条件和结构参数对脱硫除尘效率、能量回收率和设备阻力的影响进行了试验研究 ,为实际脱硫装置的设计与运行提供了依据。图 8表 1参
The desulphurizing and dedusting methods using condensation and wastewater in this paper may not only raise the desulphurizing and dedusting effect, reduce the operating cost but also recover a part of heat energy. It is an effective economical method in the desulphidation and dust alleviation of middle and small sized coal fired boilers. The desulphurizing, dedusting and energy saving of middle and small sized coal fired boilers has something to do with the technological operating condition and the structural parameter of the whole system. The paper researched the influence of the technological condition and the structural parameter of the desulphurizing installation on the desulphurizing and dedusting efficiency, energy recovery and equipment resistance. It provided basic data for design and operation of practical desulphrizing installation. Figs 8, table 1 and refs 6.
