摘要
采用优化理论 ,以不同阶段升压范围所经历的时间步长为优化参数 ,以降低疲劳寿命损耗和缩短启动时间为双目标 ,建立了锅炉优化启动曲线的数学模型。以 40 0 t/ h锅炉为例 ,采用三维有限元理论计算汽包在内压作用下的理论应力集中系数 ,并通过计算得到了冷态启动和热态启动的优化曲线。按优化曲线启动 ,不仅保证汽包寿命损耗小 ,而且能大量缩短锅炉启动时间。该模型对电站锅炉运行具有指导意义和参考价值。表 2参
Based on the optimization theory, by setting the time interval of each pressure variation stage as optimal variable, a optimal model is developed to reduce the fatigue damage in boiler drum and cut down the time consumed in the start up process. The theoretical stress concentration factor of 400T/H boiler drum under pressure was computed with three dimensions finite element method. The curves of cold state start up and heat state start up process are presented with the optimal model. According to optimal curve to start up, boiler drum not only reduces fatigue damage, but also cut down the start up time. The model has significance for engineering applications. Tables 2 and refs 8
