摘要
法治建设是推进我国社会主义政治文明建设的必由之路。新媒体传播在维护正义、促进立法、监督司法、推动普法等方面深刻影响着我国法治建设的进程。本文以"聂树斌案"为引,从传播学视角出发,着重论析新媒体传播对于法治建设发展的促动作用,并提醒人们重视新媒体参与法治建设可能带来的社会风险。
The construction of rule of law is the necessity to China's socialist political civilization construction.The new media has a profound impact on China's legal construction process as the aspects of the maintenance of justice,promoting the legislation,judicial supervision.Based on the'Nie's case'as the guide,starting from the perspective of communication,the author emphasizes on the new media for the development of the construction of rule of law and reminds people to pay attention to the new media's social risks.
