摘要
在分析乡村振兴与合作社互动机制的基础上探讨了合作社促进乡村振兴的困境与出路。合作社通过合作共享机制、民主参与机制和集中规划机制促进乡村振兴战略目标的实现;乡村振兴通过产权改革机制、金融发展机制和人才培养引进机制促进合作社的发展。在实践中,城镇化的推进、合作社经营体制落后和全球化冲击使二者之间的良性互动机制受到较大负面影响,并使合作社促进乡村振兴的道路陷入困境。为克服这一困境,应通过政府扶持逐步优化城乡之间资源配置,实现合作社的初步发展;通过改革合作社的经营体制提高其决策效率,促进乡村振兴战略目标的初步实现;通过双向一体化提高合作社的市场竞争能力,最终实现乡村振兴战略的多维目标。
This paper systematically analyzes the predicament and outlet of cooperatives in promoting rural revitalization based on the analysis of the interaction mechanism between Rural Revitalization and cooperatives.It is found that theoretically,cooperatives can promote the realization of the strategic goal of rural revitalization through cooperative sharing mechanism,democratic participation mechanism and centralized planning mechanism.What’s more,Rural Revitalization can also promote the development of cooperatives through property rights reform mechanism,financial development mechanism and talent training mechanism.However,in practice,the promotion of urbanization,the backwardness of cooperative management system and the impact of globalization make the positive interaction mechanism between them suffer a greater negative impact,and make the road of cooperatives to promote rural revitalization in a dilemma.In order to overcome this dilemma,we should take the following paths:in the short term,we should gradually optimize the allocation of resources between urban and rural areas through the support of the government to achieve the initial development of cooperatives;in the medium term,we should reform the management system of cooperatives to improve their decision-making efficiency and promote the initial realization of the strategic goal of rural revitalization;in the long term,we should improve the market competitiveness of cooperatives through two-way integration and ultimately achieve the multidimensional goal of Rural Revitalization strategy.
