摘要
领导干部家风好坏不仅关系到自身和家庭的荣辱,还关系到全面从严治党能否顺利进行和真正落实。领导干部家庭的基本关系包括夫妻关系、亲子关系、亲属关系以及具有特殊性的社交关系。长期以来,一些领导干部在其自身、家庭关系以及社会关系等方面存在异化现象。因此,领导干部应提升自觉建设家风的意识,注重对家庭成员的思想和党的纪律教育,强化家规约束建设,带动家庭成员共同培育和建设优良家风,将全面从严治党各项要求落到实处。
The family atmosphere of the leading cadres is not only related to the honor and disgrace of themselves and the family,but also to whether the party can be smoothly and strictly implemented.The basic relationships of leading cadres and families include marital relationships,parent-child relationships,kinship relationshipsand social relationships with particular characteristics.For a long time,some leading cadres have had undesirable phenomena in their own,family relationships and social relationships.Therefore,leading cadres should raise their awareness of consciously building a family atmosphere,pay attention to the ideological and party discipline education of family members,strengthen the construction of family rules,and encourage family members to jointly cultivate and build a good family atmosphere.It will be fully implemented from the strict requirements of the party.
