混业经营是一种高效的金融经营方式,可以分散风险,适应国际竞争和国内金融市场的发展。建立混业经营制度,要加快金融法制建设,实现三大金融机构重组,发展金融控股公司和集团混业经营。
The sundry business is a workable operation of the financial industry,in that the financial risks can be diminished,the international competiting environment can be quicken and the domestic financial developement can be acclimatized with.The ways for that aim are to set up the system of sundry business,enhance the legal construction of finance,fulfill the recasting of financial institution and exploit the shareholding companies and the sundry business of industrial blocks.
