摘要
为丰富锐药竹竹种特征的基本数据,采集自非洲引种的锐药竹材料,利用光学显微镜对其维管束结构进行研究,并将其与同属的酒竹进行对比。结果显示,锐药竹和酒竹的维管束呈相同规律,由竹壁向髓心均呈现长度由大到小、排列由密到疏的分布规律。锐药竹维管束的平均径向长度为0.907 7 mm,平均弦向长度为0.549 0 mm。在竹壁处的维管束密度最大,可达到365个/cm^2,竹中和髓心处的维管束密度接近,仅有115个/cm^2。这些特征数据丰富了锐药竹的基本竹种特征,对锐药竹的研究和应用具有一定参考价值。
To enrich the basic data about the germplasm characteristics of Oxytenanthera abyssinica,the bamboo culms from Ethiopia is collected and the vascular bundle structure is studied with an optical microscope,with comparison between Oxytenanthera abyssinica and liquor bamboo in the same genus made. The result shows that the vascular bundles of Oxytenanthera abyssinica and liquor bamboo show a similar law from big to small in length and from dense to sparse in distribution from bamboo wall to pith. The average radial length and average string length of vascular bundle of Oxytenanthera abyssinica are 0. 9077 mm and 0. 5490 mm respectively,with the maximum vascular bundle density in the bamboo wall,reaching up to 365 / cm^2,with similar vascular bundle density in the middle part and pith,only 115 / cm^2. These characteristic data has enriched the basic bamboo species characteristics of O. abyssinica,of certain reference value for the research and application of O. abyssinica.
