摘要
以松木粉、聚醚砜树脂为材料,针对选择性激光烧结成型精度不高的问题,采用HRPS-ⅢA型激光粉末烧结快速成型机进行试验。结果表明,选择性激光烧结系统工艺参数、STL模型文件、切片厚度等因素均影响成型件精度。针对这些影响因素,给出了提高选择性激光烧结成型件精度的方法。
With pine powder and polyethersulfone resin as material,in view of low precision problem with selective laser sintering forming,HRPS- ⅢA laser powder sintering rapid forming machine is used for testing,with the result showing that such factors as selective laser sintering system process parameters,STL model files and slice thickness affect the accuracy of formed parts. In view of these influencing factors,a method for improving the precision of selective laser sintering formed parts is put forward.
