摘要
本文分析了公共图书馆面临着的历史性转折及图书馆人才需求的发展趋向 ,在剖析人才队伍现状的基础上 ,提出转变观念、从实际出发、严把“入门关”、开展继续教育、完善激励机制、加强制度创新、建立学习型组织。
