摘要
为保障输电线路导线在高温(80~150℃)条件下正常运行,研究了导线单线在不同温度及持续时间条件下抗拉强度的变化规律,围绕温度、时间和单线直径3个因素开展了镀锌钢线和硬铝线高温试验。利用高温烘箱模拟高温环境,微机控制电子万能材料试验机测试单线抗拉强度,采用正交试验法分析单线抗拉强度损失率的显著影响因素。结果表明:镀锌钢线在温度低于150℃,加热时间小于1 000h时,抗拉强度损失率较小;硬铝线的加热温度越高,加热时间越长,抗拉强度损失率越大,其中温度是影响抗拉强度损失率的显著因素,时间是次显著因素,单线直径对抗拉强度损失率的影响最小。
In order to ensure the normal operation of transmission line conductors under high temperature80-150℃conditions,the variation of tensile strength of single wire under different temperature and duration was studied.The high temperature tests of the galvanized steel wires and the hard-drawn aluminium wires were carried out around three factors of temperature,time and diameter.The high temperature environment was simulated by high temperature oven,and the tensile strength was tested by microcomputer controlled electronic universal material testing machine.Orthogonal test method was used to analyze the significant influencing factors of the tensile strength loss rate.The results show that the tensile strength loss rate of galvanized steel wire was small when the temperature was less than 150℃and the heating time was less than 1 000 h.The tensile strength loss rate of the hard-drawn aluminium wires increased as increasing heating temperature and heating time,and the temperature was the significant factor affecting the tensile strength loss rate,time was the next significant factor,and the influence of the diameter was the smallest.
