摘要
通过现场宏观检查、风管材质检验、裂缝分析、强度校核以及综合分析,对某核电站1号机组核岛通风系统风管破漏失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:风管破漏的失效类型为疲劳开裂,导致风管破漏的主要原因是风管"加强筋贯穿弯折角"结构不合理。根据分析结果对风管结构进行了改进,实施后效果良好。
Through visual examination, material inspection,crack analysis,strength checking and comprehensive analysis,the leakage failure reasons of wind pipes of ventilation system of a nuclear power station were analyzed.The results show that the failure type of the wind pipe was fatigue cracking,and the main reason for the leakage failure was that the wind pipe structure of'strengthening rib through the whole bending angle'was unreasonable.According to the analysis results,the wind pipe structure was improved,and it had got good effect after implementing.
