摘要
采用热模拟试验机研究了最高加热温度(峰值温度)和热输入量对2507双相不锈钢模拟焊接热影响区显微组织和冲击韧度的影响规律。结果表明:固定热输入量,随着峰值温度的升高,模拟焊接热影响区的铁素体含量增加,冲击韧度降低;固定峰值温度,随着热输入量的增加,模拟焊接热影响区的铁素体含量降低,冲击韧度增加。
The effects of the maximum heating temperature and energy input on the microstructure and impact toughness of thermal simulated HAZ of 2507duplex stainless steel were investigated using thermal simulator and impact testing.The results show the ferrite content of the thermal simulated HAZ increased and the impact toughness decreased as the maximum heating temperature increasing at fixing energy input.With the increase of energy input at fixing maximum heating temperature,the ferrite content of the thermal simulated HAZ decreased and the impact toughness increased.
