摘要
20CrNiMo钢零件经气体渗碳淬火后,在其渗碳区域表面发现裂纹。借助化学成分分析、硬度测试和金相检验对其开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:淬火裂纹仅存在于渗碳层中,渗碳表层碳含量过高,渗碳表层存在的大量块状、网状碳化物是零件表层产生淬火裂纹的主要原因。
The products made by 20 CrNiMo steel were found cracked on the surface of carburizing area after quenching.Through a series of testing methods including chemical composition analysis,hardness testing and metallographic examination,the cracking cause was analyzed.The results showed that the quenching cracks existed only in the carburized layer.The main causes of quenching cracks on the surface were high carbon content,massive blocky and reticulate carbides in surface carburized layer.
