摘要
为提高热电材料电阻率测试的准确度,以康铜合金、钴酸钙、硒化铅、碲化铋、方钴矿等块体热电材料为测试对象进行了一系列测试,研究了接触电阻、附加塞贝克电压和热电偶距离的测量对电阻率测试的影响。结果表明:采用两探针法测试热电材料的电阻率,可消除接触电阻的影响;测试时改变电流方向做两次测试取平均值可消除附加塞贝克电压的影响;热电偶距离测量引起的电阻率测试偏差是比较明显的。
In order to improve the accuracy of measurement for resistivity,a systematic research was made for some typical thermoelectric materials,including constantan,Ca3Co4O9,PbSe,Bi2Te3 and CoSb3.The impact of contact resistance,additional Seebeck voltage,and the measuring of thermocouples distance on the measurement of resistivity were investigated.The results showed that the impact of contact resistance on the measurement of electrical resistivity could be eliminated by two probe method;the impact of additional Seebeck voltage could be eliminated by the average measurement results of twice measurement with changing current direction;and the impact of thermocouples distance measuring on the measurement of electrical resistivity was obvious.
