摘要
采用宏观、光学显微镜、电子探针和光谱分析等方法对某批28mm 35CrMoA钢棒脆断原因进行了分析。结果表明:钢棒发生脆断,主要是由于钢材轧制时产生的表面细小横裂纹及内部聚积的较大内应力所致。
To identify the brittle fracture causes of28 mm 35CrMoA steel bars,means such as macro examination,metallurgical examination,electron probe analysis and spectroscopic analysis were used to test and analyze the failure samples.The results show that the brittle fracture of the steel bars was mainly due to the small transversal cracks on the steel surface which formed when rolling and the large internal stress.
