摘要
采用气相色谱法测定大批量高碳酸盐土壤样品中酸解烃。称取样品10g,加酸反应35min后进行脱气,收集的酸解烃气体用HP-PLOT毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。方法检出限(3σ)为0.007~0.715μL·kg-1,测定值的相对标准偏差均小于10%。对由标准气体混合组成的标准样品进行检测,各组分的测定值与认定值之间的相对误差均小于5%。
GC method was applied to determine acidolysis hydrecarbond in high carbonate soil samples.10 g of sample was mixed with acid and was then degassed for 35 min.Acidolysis hydrocarbons were collected,separated by HP-PLOT capillary column,and detected with FID.The detection limits(3σ)were in the range of 0.007-0.715μL·kg-1 and RSD were all less than 10%.The method was applied to analyze the standard sample consisting of standard gas,with relative error between measured values and certified values less than 5%.
