hMSH2基因与乳腺癌发病关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 hMSH2是错配修复系统的主要成员 ,它的突变将产生DNA修复错误或微卫星不稳定性 (MSI) ,增加整个基因组的不稳定性 ,从而引起与肿瘤有关的癌基因、抑癌基因等一系列变化 ,最终导致肿瘤的发生。本文对hMSH2基因的结构、定位、表达、功能予以总结 ,并综述hMSH2基因突变与乳腺癌发病密切相关。
