摘要
目的 :对可能应用于口腔疾病的中草药进行横向比较和筛选 ,寻找具有抗牙周病菌能力的中草药 .方法 :采用6 5 0mL·L-1乙醇溶液作为溶剂 ,从实验药物中分别提取有效部位 ,通过纸片扩散法筛选能抑制牙周病菌生长的中草药 ;并用液体稀释法检测其最小抑菌浓度 .结果 :大蒜、丁香、洋葱、厚朴、没食子、槟榔及复方甘草和桔梗对各实验菌株呈现明显的抑菌圈 ;对B .forsythus 4 30 37的最小抑菌浓度分别为 1.2 5 ,3.90 ,7.80 ,1.95 ,31.2 5 ,31.17和 7.80g·L-1;对P .gingivalis332 77的最小抑菌浓度分别为 0 .6 3,3.90 ,1.95 ,1.95 ,30 .4 2 ,15 .6 0和 6 2 .5 0g·L-1.结论 :筛选出一批抑制牙周病菌生长的天然药物 。
AIM: To screen some Chinese traditional herbs against periodontopathic bacteria and test their minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC). METHODS: After being extracted with 650 mL·L -1 ethanol, Chinese traditional herbs which possessed bacteriostatic potentials against periodontopathic bacteria were screened by means of disk agar diffusion method .Using broth dilution method, their MIC were determined. RESULTS: Crude extracts from Allium sativum.L, Flos caryophylli, Alliumcepa L, Cortex magnoliae officinalis, Quercus infectoria, Semen arecae and the mixture of Radix glycyrrhizae and Radix platycodi markedly inhibited both B. forsythus 43037 and P. gingivalis 33277. Against B. forsythus 43037, MIC was 1.25, 3.90, 7.80, 1.95, 31.25, 31.17, 7.80 g·L -1 respectively; Against P. gingivalis 33277, MIC was 0.63, 3.90, 1.95, 1.95, 30.42, 15.60, 62.50 g·L -1 respectively. CONCLUSION: Some Chinese traditional herbs have strong antimicrobial activity against periodontopathic bacteria.
