摘要
目的 观察石菖蒲提取液对缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠脑电图和脑水肿的影响。方法 制备药液后,取大鼠随机分为石菖蒲去油水提液组(A组)、石菖蒲含油水提液组(B组)、石菖蒲挥发油组(C组)及β-细辛醚组(D组)、醒脑静对照组(E组)、模型对照组(F组)。分别灌胃给药7d后用动脉夹闭法造成缺血-再灌注脑损伤模型。于造模前、造模中、成模后观察大鼠脑电图的变化和脑含水量。结果A、B、D组大鼠造模前脑电波幅增大;造模中,A、C组大鼠脑电活动受到抑制,而D组则呈脑电活动兴奋;成模后,A~D组大鼠脑电活动均受抑制,且脑水肿均有减轻。结论上述结果可能是石菖蒲醒脑开窍作用的病理生理学基础之一。
Objective:To observe effects of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott on EEG and hydrocephalus in ischemia - reperfusion cerebral injury rats. Methods: Acorus Tatarinowii Schott was given for 7 times by op, EEG and hydrocephalus were observed. Results: Groups of Acorus Tatarinowiss Schott except of naphtha could enlarge EEG ampliude; extraction with water and nophtha inhibit electric wave of brain; but β - asarone excite EEG. All groups of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott inhibited electric wave of brain and alleviated hydrocephalus in ischemia - reperfusion cerebra injury rats. Conclusion: The effects above is pathophysi-ologic basis of regaining consciousness of Acorus Tatarinowii Schott.
