摘要
目的 :评价支撑管绑扎式吻合术在低位结直肠吻合术中的应用。方法 :回顾分析用支撑管行乙状结肠直肠绑扎式吻合术治疗 132例中下段直肠癌的临床资料。结果 :132例手术顺利 ,术后发生吻合口瘘 4例 (3% ) ,吻合口狭窄 2 4例 (18% ) ,但狭窄病例绝大多数经扩肛治愈。术后脱管后均能控制排气排便 ,术后半年排便优良率为 10 0 %。结论 :乙状结肠直肠绑扎式吻合术治疗中下段直肠癌具有操作简单 ,效果确切之优点。
Objective:Evaluate the use of the strapping by pipe support in the colorectal anastomosis.Methods:Recall and analysie 132 cases clinical material in mid-lower rectal cancer by using straping through pipe support in the sigmoid colorectal anastomosis.Results:132 cases are successful.There are 4 cases (3 percent)of anastomotic leakage,24 cases of anastomotic stenosis (18 percent) after the operations,but most of the anastomotic stenosis were cured by anus expansion.All the patients can control the defecation and exsufflation after the exfoliation of the pipe support.The superior rate of defecation function by 100 percent postoperatively half year.Conclusion:The strapping by pipe support in the colorectal anastomosis has the advantage of easy operation and exact effection.But anastomotic stenosis incidence is higher.
