摘要
本文研究内容分为两方面,一是分析社会资本作为歧视性因素对劳动者工资差异的影响;二是分析规避内生性问题后社会资本对工资的影响。本文使用CLDS2012数据,先使用主成分分析方法区分了高低社会资本两个劳动者群体,后实证分析两个群体工资的均值差异情况。使用Oaxaca分解方法发现社会资本高低能够产生机会不平等原因造成的歧视工资差异。在考虑了模型变量间自选择问题后,本文发现,社会资本高低对于劳动者工资仍然有显著影响。故本文认为,各界需重视社会资本造成的歧视工资,劳动者也应投入精力进行社会参与与人际交往。
This paper is divided into two aspects, one is the analysis of social capital as a discriminatory factor to the difference between workers' wages, the other analyzes the impact of social capital on wages by the PSM method. This paper uses CLDS2012 data, using PCA to distinguish the level of social capital of two workers. After that, using the Oaxaca decomposition method, we find that the social capital can generate the opportunity inequality. After taking into account the problem of self selection among the model variables, this paper finds that social capital has a significant effect on the wages of workers. Therefore, this paper believes that everyone should pay attention to the social capital caused by the discrimination of wage, workers should also be devoted to social participation and interpersonal communication.
