摘要
新生代农民工在农民工总体中的比重越来越大,已成为新时期城镇建设、产业发展的重要生命军。不和谐的劳动关系对新生代农民工和用工企业双方都形成不良后果。通过调查数据分析发现,新生代农民工的劳动关系在本质特征上是"脱嵌性"的,这种脱嵌性劳动关系具体体现为经济脱嵌性、组织脱嵌性、文化脱嵌性和制度脱嵌性四个方面。为此,研究从相应的这四个层面对新生代农民工由脱嵌性劳动关系到嵌入性劳动关系的转变提出对策建议。
The new generation migrant workers are becoming bigger in the proportion of the overall rural migrant workers, and have become the main force of urban construction and industrial development. The unharmonious labor relations between the new generation migrant workers and employer brings a series of negative consequences. Through the survey data analysis, the new generation migrant workers' labor relations are disembedded in nature. This disembedded employment relationship in the forms of economy disembedded, organization disembedded, culture disembedded and system disembedded. This paper put forward Countermeasures and Suggestions to change the labor relationship from disembedded to embedded.
