摘要 介绍汽轮机无控制油源调节系统———集成型执行器在汽轮机电液调节系统中的应用研究 ,其直接驱动错油门的控制方式彻底解决了电液转换装置易受液体工质污染影响的问题 ,提高了机组运行的可靠性 ;同时 ,也为中小型机组电液调节系统改造提供了新的途径和手段。 A study on application of integrated actuator in electro-hydraulic governing system which is a governing system without control-oil source of steam turbines has been presented. The successful application of the said control mode, in which the stagger oil valve is directly driven by the said actuator, at Beipiao Thermal Power Plant resolved completely the problem of infuencing the electro-hydraulic device due to fluid medium pollution, and enhanced successfully the reliability of unit's operation, at the same time, provided new way and means for retrofitting electro-hydraulic governing system of medium and small units, having positive effect to developing steam turbine governing system without control-oil source and without fluid working medium.
