摘要
通过对卡洛特水电站EPC合同要求的评估以及对世界银行集团国际金融公司有关可持续性发展的《绩效标准》的研究,在不违背国际标准相关原则的基础上,针对如何组建有效的"职业健康、安全、环境和社会管理体系"展开了相关策划工作。根据策划成果,形成了19个管理体系文件,覆盖了IFC绩效标准所要求的全部管理要素,同企业原标准化管理体系形成了良好互补,也可作为有效的管理输入,推动整体管理水平提升。
Karot manager department had launched planning on how to set up an effective " Occupational Health,Safety,Environment and Social Management System",through the assessment of EPC contract requirements at Karot Hydropower Station and the evaluation of the World Bank Group IFC(International Finance Corporation) Research on " performance standards" for sustainable development.19 management system documents were formed based on the planning results and effectively cover all the management elements required by the IFC performance standards.These documents not only complement each other well with the original standardized management system of the enterprise,but also serve as an effective management input and promote the overall management upgrade.
