摘要
以乌东德水电站泄洪洞钢模台车为例,从开工前监理审批内容和程序、监理安全控制措施及方法、突发事故应急措施等方面阐述了在洞室断面大、坡度陡、周边环境复杂等条件下,大型钢模台车安装、使用、行走、拆除过程中的监理安全管控措施要点,以期为同行提供借鉴。
The paper took steel-mould trolley of flood discharge hole in Wudongde hydropower station as an example,from the aspects of contents and procedures of supervision and approval before construction,safety control measures and methods of supervision,emergency measures for emergency accidents and so on,the key points for safety supervision and control in the process of installation,operation,walking and demolition of large steel-mould trolley under the conditions of large section,steep slope and complicated surrounding environment are elaborated,which played a reference role in the same industry.
