摘要
"飞行审核"主要是对涉外单位本部的国际业务社会安全管理体系建设情况,从组织机构设置、计划制定、落实和取得成效等要素开展快速审核验证工作。中国石油自2010年起建立国际业务社会安全管理体系,现已进入全面深入推进体系运行阶段。通过飞行审核方式对中国石油主要涉外单位本部的国际业务社会安全管理体系建设情况进行研究分析,总结在国际业务社会安全管理体系建设和推进工作中的良好实践,分析存在的不足和共性问题,提出具体改进建议和深化的方向,为各"走出去"企业提供有益参考。
The " flying audit" mainly refers to a serial number of quick and effective audit and verification involving in the construction of the international business security management system of the foreign units,including the elements of organization establishment,plan making,measures implementation and effectiveness obtain. Since 2010,China national Petroleum Corporation(CNPC) has established a security management system for international business,and now entered a comprehensive and in-depth promotion system operation stage. In this way,this paper conducts a research on the construction of security management system for international business of the main foreign units of CNPC,and summarizes the good practice in the construction and promotion of security safety management system in international business,and also analyzes the shortcomings and common Problems. Finally,specific proposals for improving and deepening the direction for the " going global" enterprises are put forward,and useful references are provided.
