摘要
随着经济社会的高速发展,北京市用电负荷屡创历史新高,用电安全风险也随之增加。借助政府部门组织开展的用电安全专项调研工作,从企业用电安全管理、电工安全培训考核、政府安全监管等多个层面对北京市用电安全管理情况进行了摸底调查与综合分析,指出了企业在用电方面存在的主要隐患及其背后的原因,提出积极推进电气火灾认识科学化、防治工程化、隐患整改超前化等措施,切实强化电气火灾防控。
With the rapid development of economy and society,the electrical load in Beijing is at record levels,and the electricity safety risk also increases. Based on the special investigation and research work of electrical safety organized by government department,the thorough investigation and comprehensive analysis was carried out on the management situation of electrical safety in Beijing from multiple levels,such as the management of electrical safety in enterprise,the safety training and examination of electrician,and the safety supervision of government,etc. The main safety hazards and the reasons behind of electricity in enterprise were pointed out,and some measures were put forward,including actively promoting the scientific understanding,prevention and control engineering,safety hazards rectification in advance of electrical fire,and so on,so as to effectively strengthen the prevention and control of electrical fire.
