摘要
基于人体免疫系统与化工园区安全生产管理体系在组织构成、存在环境、作用对象、功能、作用机制等方面的相似性,将免疫系统抵御抗原的机理应用于化工园区安全生产应急成熟度研究。从"非事故状态"与"事故状态"的角度出发,设计了化工园区安全生产应急成熟度指标体系,结合专家调查问卷与改进的层次分析法求解得到了成熟度指标体系权重,运用BP算法构建了n–(2n+1)–1结构的化工园区安全生产应急成熟度计算模型。将该模型应用于某化工园区,应用结果表明该模型可为分析化工园区安全生产应急能力、优化化工园区安全生产应急管理提供指导。
Based on the similarities of biological immune and safety management of chemical industry park( CIP)in organization,environment,action object,function and interaction models,biological immune mechanisms were used into the research of the accident emergency maturity( AEM) for CIP. The indexes of AEM were designed from the perspective of 'non-accident state'and 'accident state',based on experts' investigation questionnaires and the improved analytic hierarchy process( IAHP),the weights of the indexes were obtained. and the BP neural network was used to build the calculating mode of AEM with a n –( 2n + 1) – 1 structure. The calculating model of AEM was used to analyze the AEM of a chemical industry park in Guangdong province,and the result showed that the calculating model of AEM can be helpful for analyzing the AEM and improving of accident emergency management of CIP.
