米质指标在不同杂交水稻品种间的变异度分析 被引量:45

摘要 通过对 2 0个杂交籼稻组合各米质指标的变异度和几个重要米质指标的相关分析 ,研究了一些重要米质指标间的关系 ,确定了影响杂交稻稻米品质的主要限制指标。结果表明 ,各米质指标在组合间的变幅存在很大差异 ,其中糙米率、精米率、粒长、碱消值、直链淀粉和蛋白质含量的变幅较小 ,比较容易达到优质标准 ;整精米率、垩白粒率、垩白度、胶稠度的变幅较大 ,较难达到优质标准 ,尤其是整精米率、垩白粒率、垩白度 3个指标 ,是影响稻米品质的主要限制性指标。整精米率、垩白粒率、垩白度、胶稠度间的相关性分析表明 ,改善外观品质垩白粒率和垩白度可提高加工品质整精米率 ,但蒸煮品质胶稠度却与加工品质整精米率显著负相关 ,在优质杂交品种的选育过程中要注意协调二者间的关系。 The relationship among some important characters and the main restrictive characters of indica hybrid rice quality were identified by correlation analysis and variation analysis of rice quality characters.The analytical results of 20 tested combinations showed that there existed great difference among the variations of quality characters,and the variations of brown rice (BR),milled rice (MR),grain length (GL),alkali value (AV),amylose content (AC) and protein content (PC) were small,and were easy to meet the requirements of good quality rice (NY122-86).The variations of head rice (HR),chalky grain (CG),chalkiness (C) and Gel.consistency (GC) were relatively high and more difficult to reach the requirements of good quality rice,especially the characters of HR,CG and C,indicating that the three characters were the restrictive characters of rice quality.Correlation analysis indicated that the improvement of appearance quality involving CG and C could promote HR.HR was significantly negative relation to GC,therefore,the relationship between the two characters should properly coordinated during the process of new rice variety breeding.
