摘要
目的 调查青海省大通县北川地区人群氟化物水平。方法 对调查区内随机抽取的不同年龄组居民的氟斑牙患病情况、尿氟结果与当地环境氟水平之间的关系进行分析。结果 氟斑牙患病率达 5 4.6 8% ;尿氟浓度为 ( 1.5 1± 1.12 )mg/L。环境要素中的大气、农作物和土壤含氟量分别超过相应的标准值或背景值。结论 工业氟污染是引起该区人群慢性氟中毒的主要原因。
ObjectiveTo understand the impacts of fluorides-induced by pollution on human health.MethodsThe contents of fluorides of environmental medias, such as air, soil,vegetables in area around a certain factory (polluted area) were monitored.The urine was collected from people who live in polluted area for over 5 years.ResultsThe concentration of urine fluorides was( 1.51± 1.12)mg/L and the prevalence rate of dental fluorosis was 54.68%.ConclusionThe industrial fluorides-induced by pollution from these factory resulted in the hazardous impacts on environmental and human health.
