摘要
白芍和赤芍同属于芍药属两味中药,二者的用药部位相同,化学成分相似,但在药典检测项下重金属检测存在较大的异同。比较及探索两味中药重金属检测的差异,可为其他中药的质量控制提供思路。本文从两味药材的生长环境、炮制加工方面及各国的药典标准等方面的考察,进一步探究两味大宗中药材重金属富集的影响因素,为白芍和赤芍临床应用的有效性和安全性提供科学的理论依据。
Chishao and Baiishao are two herbs of Paeonia plant. They have same medicinal parts and similar chemical compositions. But similarities and differences can be found in heavy metal detection recorded in pharmacopoeia. The comparison and exploration of the differences in heavy metal detection of the two herbs can provide ideas for the quality control of other herbs. In this paper, the growing environment, processing and standards recorded in various pharmacopoeias of two herbs are investigated to explore the influence factors on heavy metals enrichment and provide a scientific basis for clinical efficient and safety applications of Chishao and Baiishao.
