摘要
论文在对教育管理工作的理解的基础上,分析了新时期高职院校面临的教育管理的挑战,最终提出改进高职院校继续教育管理工作的对策。
On the basis of the understanding of educational management,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by higher vocational colleges in the new period,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the management of continuing education in higher vocational colleges.
