摘要
列宁人才思想是列宁主义的重要组成部分,是被俄国实践证明了的关于人才培养、选拔、使用等方面的科学理论。列宁人才思想是马克思主义人才思想的继承和发展,极大丰富了马克思主义人才思想宝库。从列宁人才思想的理论渊源入手,探析其诞生的思想来源,对于进一步把握马克思主义人才思想理论体系的一脉相承性和发展创新性具有深远意义。
Lenin′s talent thoughts is an important part of Leninism which is proved by Russian practice to be the scientific theory on talent work.Such as talent cultivation、talent selection and talent use and so on.The talent thoughts of Lenin is the in-heritance and development of marxist talent thought and it enriched the Marxist talent thoughts treasure house greatly.It is far-reaching to analyse the theoretical origin of Lenin′s talent thoughts.And we can reach the fuhter understanding on the consis-tency、development and innovation of the theoretical system of marxist talent thoughts.
